On the corner of Cedar Springs and Dallas North Tollway sits the District Apartments. When I first saw this building, run down, with much needed updates, I saw the potential this complex was lacking. I was very excited to get my hands on this one.
I worked with the property owner to revise the existing interior and exterior floor plan, lighting schedule, door schedule, and window schedule. Created vision boards to enhance the visual experience for desirable, lifestyle living spaces for tenants. Created an ordering template and install plan for the client and contractor to follow.
